John’s practice is based in commercial and business litigation, employment litigation, family law,
corporate representation, and appellate advocacy.
Prior to joining CMS, John worked as a pro bono attorney for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp,
U.S.D.J. in the District of New Jersey. He also worked for a non-profit law firm representing low and
moderate-income New Jersey residents throughout the state.
John has tried cases in the New Jersey Superior Court and the Administrative Law Courts. He has
also represented clients in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and New Jersey Appellate Division.
John earned his law degree from the Rutgers School of Law – Newark, where he served as Articles
Editor for the Women’s Right Law Reporter and competed on Rutgers’ National Mock Trial Team.
Prior to law school, John received his B.A. from Bucknell University.
